0. 事業者と要点
Kenji Suzuki（屋号 RouteRun・個人事業主。以下「当社」）は、RouteRun アプリケーションおよびウェブサイト routerun.jp（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくお客様のプライバシーを尊重し、日本の個人情報保護法と、お住まいの国・地域で適用される法令に従って個人情報を取り扱います。
事業者情報： Kenji Suzuki（屋号 RouteRun・個人事業主）／所在地：東京都（詳細住所はご要請に応じてご提供します）／個人情報保護管理者：Kenji Suzuki／窓口：support@routerun.jp（§10）
本サービスは App Store で配信している国・地域で提供します（中国本土を除く）。本ポリシーでは、お住まいの地域を (1) 日本、(2) EU/EEA・英国・スイス、(3) 米国（州法の対象となる方を含む）、(4) その他の国・地域の4つに分けて説明します。一部の機能は提供地域により利用できない場合があります。
このポリシーの要点
- 保存場所と AI の処理地域: ランの記録とアプリのデータは日本（東京リージョンのデータセンター）に保存し、AIコーチ「あゆむ」の処理も日本国内で行います（Pro プランでウェブ検索を使う回答に限り、検索に使う語句は Google のウェブ検索で処理され、日本国外（米国を含む）で処理されることがあります（Google が最大3日間記録）。§3）。サインインに使う情報（メールアドレス、パスワードの検証用の情報、サインインの記録と IP アドレス）は、Google の認証基盤により米国で処理されます。地図・天気・通知・音声合成・App内課金などのため、一部のデータは主に米国の事業者で処理されます（§4）。
- 健康データ: Apple のヘルスケアからは、あなたが機能をオンにして許可した項目だけを読み取ります。広告やマーケティングには使いません（§1.1）。
- 位置情報: ルートの生成と走行記録に使います。アプリを閉じている間に取得するのは、ランを記録しているときだけです（§1.2）。
- AIコーチ: クラウドAIは、アプリで同意した場合だけ使います。お名前・メールアドレス・正確なGPS座標はAIに送りません。送信データは Google のAIモデルの学習に使われません（§2.1）。
- 音声入力: チャットのマイクで話した内容は、端末または Apple の音声認識で文字に変換します。当社は音声を録音・保存・送信しません（§1.3）。
- 削除: アプリの「設定」からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。法令で保存が必要な記録（同意記録・購入記録）と個人を識別できない統計を除いて削除し、バックアップからも90日以内に消えます（§5.2）。

RouteRun アプリ（iPhone・Apple Watch）はお客様をトラッキングしません。
- 広告用のSDKを組み込んでおらず、広告識別子（IDFA）も取得しません
- アプリで取得したデータを、広告や広告効果測定のために第三者のデータと結び付けることはありません
- 個人情報を販売せず、データブローカーに提供せず、米国の州法にいう「共有」（クロスコンテキスト行動広告のための提供）も行いません
- アプリは Google Analytics を使用しません。アプリ内でプライバシーポリシー・利用規約を開いた場合も、Cookieバナーは表示されず、アクセス解析も読み込まれません
Google Analytics 4 は、ウェブサイト routerun.jp を通常のブラウザで閲覧し、Cookieバナーで同意した場合に限って使用します（§8）。
0. Who we are and the key points
Kenji Suzuki (trade name RouteRun, sole proprietor; "we" or "us") respects the privacy of the people who use the RouteRun application and the website routerun.jp (the "Service"), and handles personal information in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the laws that apply in your country or region.

The Service is offered in the countries and regions where it is distributed on the App Store (excluding mainland China). This Policy describes your region in four groups: (1) Japan, (2) the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, (3) the United States (including people covered by state laws), and (4) other countries and regions. Some features may not be available in every region.
This policy at a glance
- Storage and AI processing location: Run records and app data are stored in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region), and the AI coach Ayumu is processed in Japan (only for Pro-plan replies that use web search, the search terms are processed by Google's web search and may be processed outside Japan, including in the US (Google logs them for up to 3 days); §3). Information used for signing in (email address, password verification data, sign-in records and IP addresses) is processed in the United States by Google's authentication service. For maps, weather, notifications, speech synthesis, in-app purchases and similar, some data is processed by providers mainly in the United States (§4).
- Health data: We read only the Apple Health items you allow after turning the feature on, and never use them for advertising or marketing (§1.1).
- Location: Used to generate routes and record runs. It is collected while the app is closed only when you are recording a run (§1.2).
- AI coach: The cloud AI is used only if you consent in the app. Your name, email address and precise GPS coordinates are not sent to the AI. Data sent is not used to train Google's AI models (§2.1).
- Voice input: What you say into the chat microphone is converted to text by your device's or Apple's speech recognition. We do not record, store or transmit audio (§1.3).
- Deletion: You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings. Everything is deleted except records we must keep by law (consent records, purchase records) and statistics that cannot identify you; backups clear within 90 days (§5.2).

The RouteRun app (iPhone and Apple Watch) does not track you.
- We do not include any advertising SDKs, and we do not obtain the advertising identifier (IDFA)
- We do not link data collected in the app with third-party data for advertising or advertising measurement
- We do not sell personal information, do not provide it to data brokers, and do not "share" it as defined by US state laws (provision for cross-context behavioural advertising)
- The app does not use Google Analytics. When you open the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service inside the app, no cookie banner is shown and no analytics are loaded
Google Analytics 4 is used only when you visit the website routerun.jp in a normal browser and accept the cookie banner (§8).
1. 集める情報

正当な利益に基づく処理については、当社の正当な利益とお客様の利益・権利のバランスを評価したうえで実施しており、詳細はご請求に応じてご提供します。当社は個人情報を販売せず、広告目的で第三者と共有することもありません。
1.1 ヘルスケアデータについて
- 読み取り: 歩数・走行距離・心拍数・安静時心拍数・歩行時平均心拍数・心拍変動・心拍回復・呼吸数・アクティブエネルギー消費量・ワークアウト（ランニングの動作指標を含む）・VO2Max 推定値・睡眠・体重・栄養（水分・エネルギー・炭水化物・たんぱく質・脂質・ナトリウム）。実際に読み取るのは、お客様が Apple のヘルスケアの許可画面で許可した項目だけです
- 書き込み: ワークアウト記録（走った経路を含む）・消費カロリー・移動距離・心拍数
ヘルスケアデータは、個人情報保護法の要配慮個人情報、GDPR 第9条の特別カテゴリデータに当たります。取得するのは、お客様がアプリでヘルスケア連携をオンにし、Apple のヘルスケアの許可画面とアプリ内の同意画面の両方で同意したときです（登録時には取得しません）。走行データは複数端末間で記録を同期するため、日本（東京リージョンのデータセンター）に暗号化して保存します。AIコーチでヘルスケアデータの利用をオンにした場合に限り、VO2Max 推定値・心拍変動・リカバリースコアをクラウドAIに送ります（§2.1）。
- 広告・マーケティング目的には使いません。Apple のガイドラインが禁じるデータ販売プログラムや広告ネットワークへの提供も行いません
- 保存時・通信時ともに暗号化して保護します
- 許可は iOS の「設定」→「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」→「RouteRun」からいつでも変更できます
1.2 位置情報について
- 現在地を起点としたルート生成、走行距離・ペースの計測、近隣の大会情報の表示に使います
- 位置情報はアプリ使用中のみ取得します。バックグラウンドで取得するのは、ランを記録しているときだけです
- 権限は「アプリの使用中」または「常に許可」です。iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「位置情報サービス」→「RouteRun」、watchOS は iPhone の Watch アプリ →「プライバシー」→「位置情報サービス」→「RouteRun」から変更できます。位置情報を無効にすると、ルート生成・走行記録などの主要機能が利用できなくなります
- 走行ルートのGPS座標は、走行履歴として日本（東京リージョンのデータセンター）に保存します。ルート計算のために座標を送る事業者は §3、アカウント削除後の扱いは §5.2 をご覧ください
1.3 音声入力について
AIコーチのチャットにはマイクによる音声入力があります。話した内容は、お使いの端末または Apple の音声認識で文字に変換され、文字になったメッセージだけがチャットに入力されます。当社は音声を録音・保存・送信しません。Apple による音声認識の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。マイクの許可は iOS の「設定」から変更できます。
1.4 そのほかの iOS・watchOS の権限（任意）
- 通知: ランの完了・目標達成・AIコーチからの週次ダイジェストなど。「設定」→「通知」→「RouteRun」で変更できます
- モーションとフィットネス: 歩数・距離の計測。「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「モーションとフィットネス」→「RouteRun」で変更できます
- Apple Watch 連携: Apple Watch 単独でのランの記録・心拍数の表示・iPhone との自動同期
- Face ID / Touch ID: パスキーや再認証に使う生体認証は iOS が端末内で処理します。当社は生体情報を受け取らず、保存もしません
1. Data we collect
The information we handle, where it comes from, why, its legal basis (the GDPR basis required by the laws of the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland) and how long we keep it are set out below. See §5.1 for retention details.

Processing based on legitimate interests is carried out after weighing our legitimate interests against your interests and rights; details are available on request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
1.1 Health data
- Read: steps, distance, heart rate, resting heart rate, walking heart rate average, heart rate variability, heart rate recovery, respiratory rate, active energy, workouts (including running metrics), estimated VO2 Max, sleep, body weight and nutrition (water, energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, sodium). We only read the items you allow on Apple's Health permission screen
- Write: workout records (including the route you ran), calories burned, distance travelled and heart rate
Health data is special care-required personal information under the APPI and special category data under GDPR Article 9. We collect it only when you turn on the Apple Health connection in the app and consent both in Apple Health's permission screen and in the in-app consent screen (not at registration). Run data is stored encrypted in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region) so that your records sync across devices. Only if you turn on the use of health data for the AI coach, estimated VO2 Max, heart rate variability and recovery score are sent to the cloud AI (§2.1).
- Never used for advertising or marketing, and never provided to data-selling programs or advertising networks, which Apple's guidelines prohibit
- Protected by encryption both at rest and in transit
- You can change the permission at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RouteRun
1.2 Location data
- Used to generate routes from your current location, measure distance and pace, and show nearby race events
- Location is collected only while the app is in use. Background collection happens only while a run is being recorded
- The permission level is "While Using the App" or "Always". Change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → RouteRun, or on watchOS in the Watch app on iPhone → Privacy → Location Services → RouteRun. If you turn location off, core features such as route generation and run recording become unavailable
- GPS coordinates of your routes are stored as run history in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region). See §3 for the providers that receive coordinates for route calculation, and §5.2 for what happens after account deletion
1.3 Voice input
The AI coach chat offers microphone voice input. What you say is converted to text by your device's or Apple's speech recognition, and only the resulting text is entered into the chat. We do not record, store or transmit audio. Apple's handling of speech recognition is governed by Apple's privacy policy. You can change the microphone permission in iOS Settings.
1.4 Other iOS and watchOS permissions (optional)
- Notifications: run completion, goal achievements, the weekly digest from the AI coach and similar. Change in Settings → Notifications → RouteRun
- Motion & Fitness: measuring steps and distance. Change in Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness → RouteRun
- Apple Watch: standalone run recording on Apple Watch, heart rate display and automatic sync with iPhone
- Face ID / Touch ID: biometrics used for passkeys and re-authentication are handled by iOS on your device. We do not receive or store biometric data
2. 使い方（AIコーチ・自動処理・統計）
集めた情報は、§1 の表に記載した目的にのみ使います。ここでは、AIコーチと自動処理、統計について詳しく説明します。
2.1 AIコーチ「あゆむ」とクラウドAI
AIであることの開示（EU AI Act 第50条第1項）: AIコーチ「あゆむ」はAIシステムであり、人間ではありません。回答は主にクラウドAI（Google LLC の生成AI）が生成し、クラウドAIを利用できない場合（オフライン時など）に限り、Apple の端末上のAIが代わりに回答します。
AI生成コンテンツの表示（同条第2項）: AIコーチが生成するコーチングのアドバイスは、AIによる合成コンテンツです。同条第4項（公共の関心事について一般に知らせる目的で公開する文章等）は、本サービスの機能には該当しないと判断しています。
- 同意: クラウドAIは、アプリ内で明示的に同意（オプトイン）した場合にのみ利用します。初回利用時に同意を取得・記録し、「設定」→「AI設定」→「同意の管理」からいつでも撤回できます。撤回後は該当機能が利用できなくなりますが、それ以前の処理の適法性には影響しません
- 処理地域: AIコーチ（会話、週次ダイジェスト、モーニングブリーフ、AIルート提案、大会のおすすめ、トレーニングプラン）の処理は日本国内（東京リージョンのデータセンター）で行います。ただし、Pro プランでウェブ検索を使う回答に限り、検索に使う語句は Google のウェブ検索で処理され、日本国外（米国を含む）で処理されることがあります（Google が最大3日間記録）。一部の機能は提供地域により利用できない場合があります
- 送信するデータ（会話）: メッセージの文字、直近の会話の一部、直近のランニング統計（距離・ペース・頻度）、コーチングプロファイル（トレーニングフェーズ・典型的なペース帯）、ヘルスケアデータの利用をオンにした場合のみ VO2Max 推定値・心拍変動・リカバリースコア
- 送信するデータ（AIルート提案）: エリア・地名、最近のランの種類と距離、入力した怪我に関する制約、目標レースとトレーニング段階、オンボーディングのアンケート回答
- 送信しないデータ: お名前・メールアドレス・正確なGPS座標
- 学習への不使用: 送信データは回答の生成にのみ使われます。Google は Google のデータ処理契約により、このデータを Google のAIモデルの学習に利用しないと定めています
- 端末上のAI: Apple の端末上のAIは、クラウドAIを利用できない場合の代替としてのみ使い、処理は端末内で行われます
- AIコーチの回答は参考情報であり、医療上の助言に代わるものではありません
2.2 自動化された処理
- コーチングプロファイルの生成: 走行履歴と（オンにした場合）ヘルスケアの指標を自動で分析し、トレーニングフェーズ・典型的なペース帯・推定体力レベルからなるプロファイルを作ります。入力は距離・ペース・心拍数・VO2Max 等で、AIが推論してアドバイスを生成します。法的根拠は明示的同意（GDPR 第22条第2項(c)）です
- 口調の調整: 回答への評価（サムアップ／サムダウン）をもとに、コーチングの口調を統計的に調整します。法的効果や同様に重大な影響を与える決定には使いません
- 定期的な生成: 週次ダイジェスト（毎週日曜日）とモーニングブリーフは、クラウドAIへの同意の範囲内で自動生成します
- オプトアウトと人のレビュー: 「設定」→「AI設定」でAIコーチの同意を撤回すると、これらの処理は止まります。自動処理の説明や人によるレビューを希望される場合は、件名に「GDPR-Art22-Review」と記載して support@routerun.jp へご連絡ください。1か月以内に対応します
2.3 統計（ヒートマップ・品質分析）
- 人気ルートのヒートマップ: クラウドAIの利用に同意している場合に限り、ラン終了後、走行ルートの一部（開始地点・終了地点の付近を除く）とペースを当社のデータベースに送り、「この周辺で走られているルート」の集計に使うことがあります。集計は区画単位で行い、一定人数以上の異なる利用者のデータがある区画のみ利用します。同意を撤回すると以後は送信されません
- 品質分析: 同意がある場合に限り、機能の利用状況などを、アカウントと直接結びつかない仮名の識別子で、日本（東京リージョンのデータセンター）の分析用データ基盤で分析します。仮名化した情報も個人データとして扱い、元データの削除後90日以内に削除します
- 個人を識別できない集計済みの統計（区画単位の経路傾向など）は、安全性と品質の改善のために保持することがあります
2. How we use it (AI coach, automated processing, statistics)
We use the information we collect only for the purposes listed in the table in §1. This section explains the AI coach, automated processing and statistics in more detail.
2.1 The AI coach Ayumu and the cloud AI
Disclosure that you are interacting with AI (EU AI Act Art. 50(1)): The AI coach Ayumu is an AI system, not a human. Replies are mainly generated by a cloud AI (Google LLC's generative AI); only when the cloud AI cannot be used (for example, when offline), Apple's on-device AI replies instead.
Marking of AI-generated content (Art. 50(2)): Coaching advice generated by the AI coach is content synthesised by AI. In our assessment, Article 50(4) (text published to inform the public on matters of public interest, and similar) does not apply to the features of the Service.
- Consent: The cloud AI is used only if you give explicit consent (opt in) in the app. We obtain and record your consent the first time you use it, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings → AI Settings → Consent Management. After withdrawal the relevant features become unavailable; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
- Processing location: All AI coach processing (conversations, the weekly digest, the morning brief, AI route suggestions, event recommendations and training plans) takes place in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region). Only for Pro-plan replies that use web search, the search terms are processed by Google's web search and may be processed outside Japan, including in the US (Google logs them for up to 3 days). Some features may not be available in every region
- Data sent (conversations): message text, part of the recent conversation, recent running statistics (distance, pace, frequency), your coaching profile (training phase, typical pace range), and, only if you turn on the use of health data, estimated VO2 Max, heart rate variability and recovery score
- Data sent (AI route suggestions): area and place names, the types and distances of your recent runs, injury-related constraints you entered, your goal race and training phase, and your onboarding survey answers
- Data not sent: your name, email address and precise GPS coordinates
- No training: Data sent is used only to generate the reply. Google states in the Google data processing terms that it does not use this data to train Google's AI models
- On-device AI: Apple's on-device AI is used only as a fallback when the cloud AI cannot be used, and processing then takes place on your device
- AI coach replies are for information only and do not replace medical advice
2.2 Automated processing
- Coaching profile: We automatically analyse your run history and, if turned on, your health metrics to build a profile of training phase, typical pace range and estimated fitness level. The inputs are distance, pace, heart rate, VO2 Max and similar; the AI draws inferences and generates advice. The legal basis is explicit consent (GDPR Art. 22(2)(c))
- Tone adjustment: Based on your ratings of replies (thumbs up or down), the coaching tone is adjusted statistically. This is not used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects
- Scheduled generation: The weekly digest (every Sunday) and the morning brief are generated automatically within the scope of your consent to the cloud AI
- Opt-out and human review: Withdrawing your AI coaching consent in Settings → AI Settings stops this processing. For an explanation of, or human review of, automated processing, email support@routerun.jp with "GDPR-Art22-Review" in the subject. We respond within one month
2.3 Statistics (heatmap and quality analysis)
- Popular-route heatmap: Only if you have consented to the cloud AI, after a run we may send part of your route (excluding the areas near the start and finish) together with your pace to our database and use it to aggregate "routes people run around here". Data is aggregated by area, and an area is used only when it has data from at least a minimum number of different users. If you withdraw consent, no further data is sent
- Quality analysis: Only with your consent, we analyse feature usage and similar data under a pseudonymous identifier that is not directly linked to your account, in our analytics platform in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region). Pseudonymised data is still treated as personal data and is deleted within 90 days after the source data is deleted
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (such as area-level route tendencies) may be kept to improve safety and quality
4. データの保存場所と国外への移転
4.1 保存場所と移転
ランの記録とアプリのデータは日本（東京リージョンのデータセンター）に保存し、AI コーチの処理も日本国内で行います（Pro プランでウェブ検索を使う回答に限り、検索に使う語句は Google のウェブ検索で処理され、日本国外（米国を含む）で処理されることがあります（Google が最大3日間記録））。サインインに使う情報（メールアドレス、パスワードの検証用の情報、サインインの記録と IP アドレス）は、Google の認証基盤により米国で処理されます。地図・天気・通知・クラッシュ情報・音声合成・App内課金の処理のため、一部のデータは日本国外、主に米国にある事業者（Google LLC・Apple Inc.）で処理されます。米国には日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な法令はありません。EU/EEA・英国・スイスから日本への移転は十分性認定に、米国への移転は標準契約条項（該当する場合はデータ・プライバシー・フレームワーク）に基づきます。
EU/EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方のルート計算は、初期設定では Google ではなく Apple の地図サービスを端末上で使うため、Google に送られる座標は少なくなります。一部の機能は提供地域により利用できない場合があります。
個人情報保護法第28条に基づく外国にある第三者への提供について
移転先の国：主に米国
米国の制度の概要：連邦レベルの包括的な個人情報保護法はありませんが、連邦取引委員会（FTC）が連邦取引委員会法第5条（不公正・欺瞞的な行為の禁止）に基づき執行を行い、一部の州には州法による規制があります。
提供先：Google LLC（クラウド基盤・生成AI・Google Maps Platform・クラッシュ情報・プッシュ通知・音声合成・Google でサインイン・ウェブサイトのアクセス解析）、Apple Inc.（App内課金・Apple でサインイン・パスキー・天気・音声認識）
提供の根拠：提供先は、当社との契約等により、個人情報保護法の求める措置に相当する措置を継続的に講じる体制（基準適合体制）を整備しています（法第28条第1項、施行規則第16条）。施行規則第18条第3項に基づく情報（体制の整備の方法、提供先が講じる措置の概要、移転先の国の制度など）は、ご請求に応じて提供します。
4.2 安全管理措置
- 基本方針・規程: 個人データの取扱いに関する基本方針と取扱規程を定め、取得・利用・保存・提供・削除の各段階の手順を定めています
- 組織的措置: 個人情報保護管理者（§10）を置き、取扱状況を定期的に点検します。漏えい等の事案が発生した場合の報告・対応手順を定めています（§4.3）
- 人的措置: 個人データを取り扱う者に守秘義務を課し、委託先には契約により適切な取扱いを求め、監督します
- 物理的措置: 個人データはクラウド事業者の管理するデータセンターに保存し、業務端末は画面ロックと暗号化で盗難・紛失に備えます
- 技術的措置: 保存時・通信時の暗号化、アカウントごとのアクセス制御、認証基盤による不可逆な形式でのパスワード管理、使っているソフトウェア部品の脆弱性の監視と、公開前の自動テストを行います
- 外的環境の把握: 個人データの一部は主に米国で処理されます。米国の個人情報保護制度を把握したうえで、上記の措置を講じています
4.3 漏えい等が起きたとき
- 個人情報保護法第26条に基づき、一定の漏えい等が発生した場合は個人情報保護委員会へ報告し、ご本人に通知します
- EU/EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方のデータに影響する侵害は、発覚から72時間以内に監督機関に通知し、リスクが高い場合は不当な遅延なくご本人に直接お知らせします
- 通知は support@routerun.jp からお送りします
4.4 アプリからの外部送信（電気通信事業法第27条の12に基づく公表事項）
RouteRun アプリは、機能の提供のために次の外部送信を行います。広告やトラッキングのための外部送信は行いません。アプリの改善のための利用状況の分析は、当社のクラウド基盤（§3）の中で行います。ウェブサイトからの外部送信は §8 をご覧ください。

4. Where data is stored and transfers abroad
4.1 Storage location and transfers
Run records and app data are stored in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region), and the AI coach is processed in Japan (only for Pro-plan replies that use web search, the search terms are processed by Google's web search and may be processed outside Japan, including in the US (Google logs them for up to 3 days)). Information used for signing in (email address, password verification data, sign-in records and IP addresses) is processed in the United States by Google's authentication service. For maps, weather, notifications, crash reports, speech synthesis and in-app purchases, some data is processed outside Japan, mainly in the United States, by Google LLC and Apple Inc. The United States has no comprehensive law equivalent to Japan's APPI. Transfers from the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland to Japan rely on adequacy decisions; transfers to the United States rely on standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework.
If you live in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, route calculation uses Apple's map service on your device instead of Google by default, so fewer coordinates are sent to Google. Some features may not be available in every region.
Provision to third parties in foreign countries under APPI Article 28
Destination country: mainly the United States
Outline of the US framework: There is no comprehensive federal personal information protection law, but the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces Section 5 of the FTC Act (prohibition of unfair or deceptive practices), and some states have their own privacy laws.
Recipients: Google LLC (cloud infrastructure, generative AI, Google Maps Platform, crash reports, push notifications, speech synthesis, Sign in with Google, website analytics), Apple Inc. (in-app purchase, Sign in with Apple, passkeys, weather, speech recognition)
Basis for provision: Through their contracts with us and otherwise, the recipients maintain a system for continuously taking measures equivalent to those required by the APPI (APPI Article 28(1); Enforcement Rules Article 16). On request, we provide the information under Article 18(3) of the Enforcement Rules (how the system is maintained, an outline of the recipient's measures, the destination country's framework and similar).
4.2 Security measures
- Basic policy and rules: We have a basic policy and handling rules for personal data, with procedures for each stage: collection, use, storage, provision and deletion
- Organisational measures: We have a personal information protection manager (§10) and review handling regularly. We have procedures for reporting and responding to leaks and similar incidents (§4.3)
- Human measures: Anyone handling personal data is bound by confidentiality, and processors are required by contract to handle data appropriately and are supervised
- Physical measures: Personal data is stored in data centres managed by our cloud providers, and work devices are protected against theft and loss with screen locks and encryption
- Technical measures: Encryption at rest and in transit, per-account access control, irreversible password storage by our authentication service, monitoring of the software components we use for vulnerabilities, and automated tests before release
- Understanding the external environment: Some personal data is processed mainly in the United States. We take the measures above with an understanding of the US personal information protection framework
4.3 If a breach occurs
- Under APPI Article 26, if a qualifying leak or similar incident occurs, we report it to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notify the individuals concerned
- For a breach affecting the data of people in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it and, when the risk is high, notify you directly without undue delay
- Notifications are sent from support@routerun.jp
4.4 External transmission from the app (public notice under Article 27-12 of the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan)
The RouteRun app makes the following external transmissions to provide its features. It makes none for advertising or tracking. Analysis of usage to improve the app takes place within our cloud infrastructure (§3). For transmissions from the website, see §8.

- アプリ内「設定」→「危険な操作」→「アカウント削除」を選択
- 本人確認（再認証）を行い、削除を確認
- アカウント情報・走行記録・ヘルスケアデータ・会話・プロファイルを削除します（30日以内）
- 削除完了後、support@routerun.jp から確認メールをお送りします
削除後に残るもの： 法令で保存が必要な記録（同意記録・App内課金の取引記録。いずれも最大7年）と、個人を識別できない集計済みの統計だけです。バックアップからは90日以内に削除します。削除の確認を希望される場合は support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。
この操作は取り消せません。削除後のデータ復元はできません。
5.3 個別データの削除
- ランの記録は、履歴画面から個別に削除できます
- Apple のヘルスケアに書き込んだワークアウトは、「ヘルスケア」アプリから削除できます
- パスキーは、アプリの「設定」→「連携アカウント」→「パスキー」から削除できます
- AIコーチとの会話は、180日で自動的に削除されます

5.2 Deleting your account
- In the app, select Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
- Confirm your identity (re-authenticate) and confirm the deletion
- Your account information, run records, health data, conversations and profile are deleted (within 30 days)
- When deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email from support@routerun.jp
What remains after deletion: only records we must keep by law (consent records and in-app purchase records, each for up to 7 years) and aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. Backups clear within 90 days. To request confirmation of deletion, contact support@routerun.jp.
This cannot be undone. Data cannot be restored after deletion.
5.3 Deleting individual data
- Run records can be deleted one by one from the History screen
- Workouts written to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app
- Passkeys can be deleted in the app under Settings → Linked Accounts → Passkey
- Conversations with the AI coach are deleted automatically after 180 days
6. あなたの選択と権利
6.1 アプリでの選択
- 権限: 位置情報・ヘルスケア・通知・モーション・マイクの許可は、iOS の「設定」からいつでも変更できます（§1）
- AIコーチの同意: 「設定」→「AI設定」→「同意の管理」からいつでも撤回できます。ヘルスケアデータのAIでの利用も同じ画面でオフにできます
- クラッシュ情報: 初期設定はオフで、「設定」でいつでも切り替えられます
- 同意を撤回しても、それ以前の処理の適法性には影響しません
6.2 権利の行使
どの国・地域にお住まいでも、アクセス・訂正・削除・利用停止・データの受け取り・同意の撤回を support@routerun.jp で請求できます。EU/EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方は、これに加えて処理の制限・異議申立て・自動化された処理に対する人のレビューを請求でき、お住まいの国の監督機関に苦情を申し立てられます。米国の一部の州にお住まいの方は、州法に基づく確認・訂正・削除・ポータビリティの権利と、当社の判断に対する不服申立て（45日以内）を利用できます（消費者健康データは別ページをご覧ください）。1か月以内（州法の場合は45日以内）に回答します。
- 請求の方法: support@routerun.jp へメールでご請求ください。アカウントに登録されたメールアドレスからのご連絡、または登録情報の照合でご本人を確認し、原則としてメールで回答します。手数料は無料です。代理人による請求は、ご本人の署名のある委任状などで代理権を確認したうえで受け付けます
- データの受け取り: 構造化された機械可読形式（JSON。ランのルートは GPX）でお渡しします
- 回答期限: 1か月以内に回答します。請求が複雑な場合は、EU/EEA・英国・スイスの法令が認める範囲で最長2か月延長することがあり、その際は理由とともにお知らせします
- 不服申立て: 請求を断る場合は理由をお伝えします。米国の一部の州にお住まいの方は、通知から45日以内に件名を「Appeal」として同じ窓口へご連絡ください。45日以内に結果をお知らせします。なお不服がある場合は、お住まいの州の司法長官に相談できます
- 権利の行使を理由に不利益な取り扱いはしません
- お住まいの国・地域の法令が本ポリシーより手厚い権利を定める場合は、その法令に従います
EU/EEA・英国にお住まいの方のための代理人（GDPR 第27条・UK GDPR）は現在指定していません。ご請求・ご質問は support@routerun.jp へ直接お寄せください。
6.3 プライバシー設定（ウェブサイト）と米国の州法に関する任意の開示
ウェブサイトのアクセス解析への同意を、ここからいつでも撤回・変更できます。ブラウザの Global Privacy Control（GPC）の信号にも従います（§8）。
以下は、米国の州のプライバシー法が適用される場合に備えた任意の開示です。当社は個人情報を販売せず、「共有」（クロスコンテキスト行動広告のための提供）もしません。機微な個人情報（正確な位置情報・健康情報）は、ご依頼のサービスの提供など州法が認める目的にのみ使用するため、利用の制限を求める別個の窓口は設けていません。この方針を変える場合は、事前に本ページでお知らせします。ターゲティング広告、個人情報の販売、重要な決定のためのプロファイリングは行いません。消費者健康データの取り扱いは消費者健康データのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

6. Your choices and rights
6.1 Choices in the app
- Permissions: You can change the location, Health, notification, motion and microphone permissions at any time in iOS Settings (§1)
- AI coach consent: Withdraw at any time in Settings → AI Settings → Consent Management. You can also turn off the use of health data for AI on the same screen
- Crash reports: Off by default; you can switch them at any time in Settings
- Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
6.2 Exercising your rights
Wherever you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of use, a copy of your data and withdrawal of consent at support@routerun.jp. If you live in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can additionally request restriction, object, and ask for human review of automated processing, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, you have the rights to confirm, correct, delete and port your data, and to appeal our decision within 45 days (see the separate page for consumer health data). We reply within one month (45 days under US state laws).
- How to make a request: Email support@routerun.jp. We verify your identity through a message from the email address registered to your account or by matching your registration details, and reply by email as a rule. There is no fee. Requests from an authorised agent are accepted after we confirm their authority, for example with a power of attorney signed by you
- Receiving your data: Provided in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON; run routes as GPX)
- Response time: We reply within one month. For complex requests we may extend this by up to two further months where the laws of the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland allow, and will tell you the reason
- Appeals: If we decline a request, we tell you why. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, email the same address with the subject "Appeal" within 45 days of our notice; we tell you the result within 45 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General
- We will not treat you unfavourably for exercising your rights
- Where the law of your country or region gives you stronger rights than this Policy, we follow that law
We have not appointed a representative for the EU/EEA or the UK (GDPR Art. 27 / UK GDPR). Please send requests directly to support@routerun.jp.
6.3 Your Privacy Choices (website) and voluntary disclosure under US state laws
You can withdraw or change your consent to website analytics here at any time. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser (§8).
The following is a voluntary disclosure in case US state privacy laws apply. We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it (provision for cross-context behavioural advertising). We use sensitive personal information (precise geolocation and health information) only for purposes permitted by state law, such as providing the services you request, so we do not offer a separate channel for limiting its use; if this changes, we will announce it on this page first. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or profiling for significant decisions. For consumer health data, see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

7. Children
- People below the age set by the law of their country or region may not use the Service. The app checks your date of birth at registration
- If you are under 18, get a parent's or guardian's consent before buying a paid plan
- We do not track children's behaviour or target advertising at children
- If we learn that we have unknowingly collected personal information from someone below the age set by the law of their country or region, we delete it promptly. Please contact support@routerun.jp
9. 本ポリシーの変更・準拠法・改定履歴
9.1 変更と再同意
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、改定履歴（§9.3）とトラストセンターに記録します。重要な変更（データの利用目的の変更・新たな第三者提供など）は、効力が生じる前にアプリ内通知またはメールでお知らせし、再度同意を取得します。ポリシーの版が変わった場合は、アプリを新しい版に更新したあとの次回起動時に、再同意の確認が表示されます。
9.2 準拠法と管轄
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、お住まいの国・地域の強行的な消費者保護法が与える保護と、その国の裁判所に訴えを提起する権利は失われません。

9. Changes, governing law and revision history
9.1 Changes and re-consent
When we change this Policy, we record the change in the revision history (section 9.3) and in the Trust Center. For material changes (changes to the purposes of use, new provision to third parties and similar), we notify you by in-app notice or email before they take effect and obtain your consent again. When the policy version changes, a re-consent prompt is shown the first time you open the app after updating it to a new version.
9.2 Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection law in your country or region, or of your right to bring proceedings in its courts.
