AI の使い方
AI コーチ「あゆむ」は、練習と回復の相談にのるコーチで、診断や治療の指示をするものではありません。胸の痛みなど緊急のサインを伝えられたときは、医療機関への連絡をすすめるように作っています。クラウドの AI を使えないときや「クラウドAIをオフ」をオンにしたときは、対応する端末の中の AI が答え、外部のサーバーにデータを送りません。
How AI is used
Ayumu, the AI coach, helps with training and recovery. It is not meant to diagnose or give treatment instructions, and when you mention emergency signs such as chest pain it is built to recommend contacting medical services. When the cloud AI cannot be used, or when you turn on "Cloud AI off", the on-device AI of a supported device answers, and no data is sent to external servers.

あなたの権利と国外への移転
- 開示・訂正・削除・利用の停止などの権利と、その行使の方法は、プライバシーポリシーの第6章（あなたの選択と権利）にまとめています。お住まいの国や地域ごとの規定も同じ章にあります。
- 日本国外での処理と、そのときの保護措置（EU 標準契約条項など）は第4章（データの保存場所と国外への移転）に、アプリとウェブサイトからの外部送信は§4.4と第8章に載せています。
- 米国の州のプライバシー法に関する選択はプライバシー設定から、利用できる年齢は第7章（子ども）でご確認ください。
Your rights and transfers abroad
- Your rights, such as access, correction, deletion and restriction, and how to exercise them are set out in section 6 (Your choices and rights) of the Privacy Policy, including the provisions for each country and region.
- Processing outside Japan and the safeguards that apply (such as EU standard contractual clauses) are in section 4 (Where data is stored and transfers abroad). External transmissions from the app and the website are in section 4.4 and section 8.
