データを書き出すExport your data

すべてのデータを書き出す
- 「プロフィール」タブ右上の歯車のボタンから「設定」を開きます。
- 「プライバシー」の「データをダウンロード」を押します。
- 「データをエクスポートしますか？」と出たら、「エクスポート」を押します。
- Face ID、Touch ID、または iPhone のパスコードで本人確認をします。ランの記録や健康のデータを含むファイルなので、書き出す前に確認します。
- 準備の間は「エクスポートを準備中...」と表示されます。少し時間がかかることがあります。
- 共有の画面が出たら、保存する場所や送り先のアプリを選びます。
- サーバーに保存したデータまで含めて書き出せるのは、24 時間に 1 回です。24 時間以内にもう一度書き出そうとすると、「クラウドのデータはまだ書き出せません」と、次に書き出せる時刻が表示されます。「端末のデータだけ書き出す」を押すと、この iPhone の中のデータだけのファイルを書き出します。「あとで」を押すと、何も書き出しません。
- 履歴がとても多いと、サーバーのデータの一部がファイルに入らないことがあります。すべてのデータが必要なときは、support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。
1 回のランを GPX で書き出す
- 「記録」タブを開きます。
- 書き出したいランを長押しします。
- 「GPXとして書き出す」を選びます。書き出しの間は「書き出し中...」と表示されます。
- 共有の画面で、保存する場所や送り先のアプリを選びます。
- 書き出せるのは、走り終えたランで、GPS の記録があるものだけです。
- 書き出せるのは 1 時間に 20 件までです。
うまくいかないとき
- 「エクスポート失敗」と出たときは、アプリを開き直して、もう一度お試しください。
- 「GPXエクスポートに失敗しました」と出たときは、時間をおいてもう一度お試しください。
- RouteRun が扱うデータについては、RouteRun が扱うデータと送信先をご覧ください。
- 解決しない場合は、support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。

Export all your data
- Open the Profile tab and tap the gear button at the top right to open Settings.
- Under Privacy, tap Download Your Data.
- When Export Your Data? appears, tap Export.
- Confirm it's you with Face ID, Touch ID or your iPhone passcode. The file includes your runs and health data, so this check happens before anything is exported.
- While the file is prepared, Preparing export... is shown. It may take a moment.
- When the share sheet appears, choose where to save the file or which app to send it to.
- Data stored on our servers can be included once every 24 hours. If you try again within 24 hours, Cloud data can't be exported yet appears with the time you can export next. Tap Export device data only to export a file with only the data on this iPhone, or Later to export nothing.
- If your history is very large, part of the server data may not fit in the file. If you need all of it, email support@routerun.jp.
Export a single run as GPX
- Open the History tab.
- Touch and hold the run you want to export.
- Choose Export as GPX. While it runs, Exporting... is shown.
- In the share sheet, choose where to save it or which app to send it to.
- Only finished runs that have a GPS track can be exported.
- You can export up to 20 runs an hour.
If something doesn't work
- If you see Export Failed, reopen the app and try again.
- If you see GPX export failed, wait a while and try again.
